What to Expect and Terms and Conditions 

Thank you for choosing Toad Suck Mini Golf to have your party. 

We strive to make it an excellent experience. We have put together some information that will help with that goal. The room is decorated with napkins, party favors and stickers, a coloring sheet with coupons for 10 party goers and a large Balloon Tree. 

You should be given a food order form (EXCEPT THE NO FOOD OPTION PARTY.)  We offer each attendant the option of a personal pizza (pepperoni or cheese) OR a hot dog. This form will make it easy to collect the orders. When complete, turn the form in and we will begin cooking. At this time we recommend playing golf, mining or any of the games you came to play. The food will be ready after your game is over. We will clean the room after you are done. You have the room for 2 hours If you want to order additional food or mini golf for extra guests a 20% discount will be given. Just let the cashier know you are with the party. No outside food is allowed with the exception of cake or cupcakes ONLY. 

PartyRoomRules:

In order to maintain a safe fun and we maintained an environment for our party  party guests and other customers we ask that you read our party rules.

  • If you need an employee, you should be checking in on you. If you need something sooner please go to the front counter for your request. 

  • An extra picture of water should be on the sideboard.

  • If you require more chairs please let an attendant know.

  • If you selected the Indoor mini golf option that includes 9 Holes.  Once the party has played the 9 holes in an orderly fashion you can continue to use the party area.  

  • Children should not be left unattended

  • Party guests, please stay in the party room section unless playing indoor golf. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE ON THE INDOOR COURSE UNLESS PLAYING A ROUND OF GOLF (if it was included in the birthday package you selected) If children are left to run and play on the indoor course you could be asked to leave the party room.  

  • At least one parent with a ticket MUST play with children.

  • DO NOT remove props from where they are displayed. 

  • Damage to the indoor course will be charged to the person who booked the party. 

OPTIONS

If you elected an option please read the information on the option you choose. 

Cotton Candy Machine An employee will demonstrate the machine and an instruction sheet will be given to you. An adult MUST be with the children while using the machine. 

BUG SLUSH Choice red or blue options

Bounce House Adult supervision is required at all times. You will be instructed on bounce house safety. If children are left unattended while using the bounce house the use of bounce house will be discontinued with no refunds. We also require a liability waiver to be signed. 

Karaoke Machine Our system requires it to be used with a smartphone and bluetooth. Most people get the Karaoke songs of their choice on YouTube and we have Wi-Fi. 

Ice Cream Each child will receive their choice of ice cream in our freezer.

A 50% deposit is required on all party and room reservations at the time of booking via a Quickbooks invoice. Party date can not be confirmed until deposit is made. Parties canceled with less than 72 hours of party time will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee. We will be glad to rebook your party within 6 weeks of the original party date. If you do not rebook your party, you will forfeit the full deposit amount. If you rebook your party and cancel at a later date, you will forfeit your deposit amount. Deposits are applied to remaining balance, to be paid in full before the party. No outside food or beverages allowed, with the exception of a birthday cake/cupcakes. In the event of bad weather, we will still have your party inside. If the weather is such that you can not play mini golf, we will give you 10 coupons for a free round of mini golf for your guests to return another day. No refunds will be given. Pricing does not include tax. The cost for each person participating in the party, above the 10 people already allotted, will get 20% off menu items and Mini Golf. If you rent the Bounce House we require that adult supervision AT ALL TIMES. If children are left unattended use of bounce house will be discontinued with no refunds. At any time if you need assistance a staff member will be happy to help.
